7 Loyalty Programs
Unlike most loyalty companies, we offer seven different loyalty programs to assure we meet the needs of your business.
Traditional Points per Dollar Program
This program allows you to determine how many points are required to receive a reward, and to assign the number of points for each customer dollar spent. This flexible program style is the most commonly used by businesses today.
Benefits of the program are:
- Set your points per dollar ratio
- Set the number of points needed for a reward
- Set as many reward levels as you like (50 points gets ‘A’, 100 points gets ‘B’, etc.)
- Offer rewards based on your products and services
- Set up “Double Days” to drive business to your store during slow times. Double Days gives your customer double-the-points if they shop on those specific days.
Actions/Events Loyalty Program
You can use this loyalty program to give rewards to customers for completing certain actions. For example, you can set up rewards for the following events:
- Filling out a survey
- Spending a set amount in one visit
- Referring a friend
Number of Visits Loyalty Program
Reward your customers for using your service a certain number of times. For example, if your customer uses your service ten times, they get 20% off the next time they use your service. This program is very convenient because it eliminates paper punch cards. It allows you to offer a deal of this nature without having to physically track how many times a customer uses your service.
Buy X, Get Y Loyalty Program
This program directly rewards your customers with a certain item if they purchase the number of items you have already specified. The program is extremely straightforward and convenient, because it eliminates the need for paper punch cards.
Stored Value/Gift Card Program
Stored value/gift cards are automatically included at One Loyalty Network. You, as the business owner, can choose to use them or opt not to.
One Loyalty Network has solved several problems associated with card programs. For example, if a customer is a loyalty member already, but receives a separate gift card, One Loyalty Network can merge the gift card right into their loyalty card. Or even better, the gift amount can be assigned to the loyalty card from the start, eliminating the physical gift card all together.
Cash Back Program
With this program, you can allow your customers to receive cash back for something they purchase frequently.
Added benefit: You can allow a portion of that cash back to benefit a non-profit organization, a charity, a school, or any other group combinations.
Digital Fundraising Cards
Local Fundraising organizations may already sell wallet size discount cards that offer discounts from a number of businesses in your area. One Loyalty Network’s Digital Fundraising Cards are easier to use and offer many more benefits.
- Digital Cards hold an unlimited number of businesses on the same card, increasing their value to a customer.
- You, the merchant, can change your discounts at any time, in real time.
